Statement of Faith

At LaNise Speaks Life, we believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, revealing His character, His purposes, and His plan of redemption for humanity (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21).

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for the sins of humanity, was buried, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return again in power and glory (John 1:1–14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:9–11).

We believe that all people are created in the image of God but are separated from Him because of sin. Salvation is a gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone, not by human effort or good works (Romans 3:23; Ephesians 2:8–9).

We believe that through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, believers are forgiven, made new, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to live lives that honor God (2 Corinthians 5:17; Titus 3:5–7).

We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells every believer, providing guidance, conviction, comfort, spiritual growth, and power for Christian living and service (John 14:16–17; Galatians 5:22–23).

We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, proclaim the gospel, make disciples, and demonstrate God's love to the world (Matthew 28:18–20; Ephesians 4:11–16).

We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the eternal life of those who trust in Jesus Christ, and the ultimate fulfillment of God's kingdom through the return of Christ and the creation of a new heaven and new earth (John 5:28–29; Revelation 21:1–5).

Our mission at LaNise Speaks Life is to encourage people to know God more deeply, trust Him more fully, and apply biblical truth to their daily lives so that they may grow as faithful followers of Jesus Christ.
